I designed this 9 ft. x 5 ft. piece specifically for the Howard Thurman Center at Boston University. See the process below.
- I wanted to reflect the energy and fresh thinking by students that comes out of this conference room, by bringing the Boston skyline to life with unexpected creative objects (ie. guitar, microphone, pencil, ect).
- The cityscape was created in Adobe Illustrator and printed on 2 large sheets of self-adhesive vinyl and applied like wallpaper to the wall. I painted the pink doodles by hand using acrylic paint.
